Dent Concepts has a corporate mission that is aggressive, insurance-friendly and automotive industry-related: We will provide the National/International insurance and automotive industries the most competitive, comprehensive and diversified Paintless Dent Repair, Overspray Removal, Reconditioning and Appraisal Services. We will assure success, cost efficiency and competitive practices in all business relations and partnerships.

DENT CONCEPTS Beginnings

Dent Concepts was established in 1998 in North Providence, RI, with a vision to service Rhode Island as a local paintless dent repair company. After experiencing early success, Dent Concepts, LLC grew into a corporate structure servicing the northeast insurance personal lines market, automotive manufacturers, and rental/fleet markets. We continued to expand our services and provide subcontract work to several PDR providers within the United States. In 2009, Dent Concepts, LLC opened offices abroad throughout Europe and Australia.

Dent Concepts is a leader in the insurance & automotive industries and continues to be one of the top service providers with the largest National and International Certified Technician Database. We offer a diverse range of services that are widely used and customized within the Automotive and Insurance Industries.

Dent Concepts, LLC and subsidiaries serve customers, insurance partners and automotive industries in all 50 states and over 10 countries.

In recent years, we have actively diversified our corporate structure, creating and implementing Overspray Removal, a Reconditioning Subsidiary and automotive PDR/ Conventional Appraisal services.

Dent Concepts recently joined the I-CAR’s Sustaining Partner program.

Services

Overspray Removal & Reconditioning Services:

Providing state of the art and industry-leading services. The company is owned solely by Dent Concepts, LLC and operates under the name Allied Overspray Services. The services range from auto, houses, marine, recreation vehicles to trucks, etc.

SIU Assistance Services:

Helping to identify and assist clients with Special Investigative Unit (SIU) claims. (ex. manufactured hail)

Appraisal Services:

Providing guaranteed Paintless Dent Repair estimates for personal and commercial lines Paintless Dent Repair, Overspray and Property losses.

Commercial Services:

Providing commercial insurance services including auto, buildings, fleet services, manufacturing services, etc.

From Estimate to Finished Repair

  1. Our process begins when we receive a claim from our insurance partner. Within 4 hours of receipt, our call center makes the initial contact with the customer for an appraisal appointment. The entire process is monitored by our proprietary managements systems. If the customer has a question about their claim at any point in the process, an 800 number is provided to call for information.

  2. Our PDR repairs are guaranteed to be completed in 48 hours. We are customer service oriented and provide a written National Lifetime Warranty for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.

  3. Expediency and an enjoyable claim process is our commitment to insurance partners and their customers. We place a special emphasis on clear communication. From the beginning to the end of the repair process, we keep the customer informed about expectations and outcomes.

SIU ASSISTANCE SERVICES

DENT CONCEPTS OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES TO TRAIN AND ASSIST AN INSURANCE COMPANY WITH THEIR SPECIAL INVESTIGATION UNIT TO THEIR AUTO PHYSICAL DAMAGE UNITS.

1. SIU TRAINING – DENT CONCEPTS OFFERS SIU TRAINING TO:

  • Insurance Companies
  • Regional and Home Office Claim Centers.
  • Adjusters
  • Dent Concepts will help train adjusters to help identify damage that may be manufactured or provide historical claim information to help a Carrier identify a potential SIU claim.
  • Demonstration and Calibration seminars- Dent Concepts offers a wide array of demos and seminars to train adjusters how identify manufactured damage and potential SIU claims regarding hail damage losses.

2. SIU ASSISTANCE AT DRIVE INS

  • Dent Concept will provide internal SIU representatives at Catastrophe Drive-In centers to help inspect and identify potential SIU claims

3. SIU REPORTING

  • Dent Concepts provides in-depth reporting to Carriers in the event of potential SIU loss
  • Comprehensive Reporting – A report for an individual file/claim is achieved by the Dent Concepts representative developing:
  • Report Summary
  • High-Resolution photos – individually documented photos to be used in a report and as court documents

Commercial Services

DENT CONCEPTS OFFERS A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES TO HELP CUSTOMERS WITH LARGE LOSSES:

1. INSURANCE COMPANIES

a. Commercial Lines: For policyholders that have been affected by a large loss, Dent Concepts will be involved from the FNOL. The objective is to deploy a catastrophe response team to appraise potential damages to an inventory and/or fleet. Through technological platform, Dent Concepts will receive all assignments electronically and notify the member/policyholder within an hour of receiving the claim. Our goal is to immediately deploy and provide an accurate estimate to the named insured/claimant. When estimates have been completed, the customer has the option to use us as a repair option.

b. Personal Lines: For insurance companies who have significant policies in force within an affected area, Dent Concepts can immediately set up and build multiple Catastrophe Drive-In centers that are strategically located near the epicenter of the storm’s event.

2. OEM (I.E. FORD, NISSAN, BMW, GENERAL MOTORS)
